Hey,
I’m a Brazilian woman, a daughter, a mother, a grandmother, a businesswoman, a childcare educator, and a nutritionist.
Because of my Italian heritage and my sporty father, fresh and real food was always part of my upbringing — and mealtimes were family time, always full of connection.
When I became a mother, I already understood the benefits of healthy eating. But it was my children’s amazing pediatrician who helped me turn that knowledge into confidence. He taught me how to raise healthy kids even while working full-time. His wisdom shaped the kind of mother I became.
Years later, I moved to Australia to be closer to my children and grandchildren. I started working in childcare, and over the past ten years, I’ve been observing how children eat in early education settings. That’s when something shifted in me.
I decided to study nutrition — and I haven’t stopped since.
Today, I believe, without a doubt, that food builds more than our bodies. It builds our brains, our thoughts, our behaviours… even our future. What we eat can support our health or silently create disease.
I also believe that Integrative Medicine is one of the most powerful ways to build lifelong healthy food habits.
So here I am — sharing what I’ve learned, what I live, and what I believe:
Good food shapes strong kids. And strong kids shape the future.
